Some days I fed him. I know I shouldn’t, but he can be so difficult to ignore. And then he got bigger again.
He disappeared the day I watched the seagulls riding the thermals; the sun catching their white feathers making them look like busy, twinkling stars. I was captivated by the beauty of the movement of bird and light. Lost in the wonder of nature.
I know he’ll be back, but for now I’m riding the thermals like a seagull.
